Garrett Navia is a Partner at DaGrosa Capital Partners LLC (“DCP”), where he co-leads the firm’s capital formation, marketing, and investor relations efforts, with a focus on institutional and family office investors. He also plays a key role in deal sourcing, transaction structuring and execution, financing strategy, and the design and implementation of post-acquisition growth and operational initiatives.
Mr. Navia co-leads DCP’s sports vertical and is a Partner at Kapital Football Group, where he co-leads global football investments spanning club ownership, operating platforms, and post-acquisition value creation strategies. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Soccerex, the world’s leading global football business platform, convening clubs, leagues, federations, sponsors, investors, and media companies.
With more than 16 years of private equity and principal investing experience, Mr. Navia has been actively involved in middle-market transactions across a range of sectors, including sports and entertainment, real estate and hospitality, and financial services. His experience spans the full investment lifecycle, from diligence, valuation, and negotiation through capital structuring and post-investment value creation. He is particularly focused on driving operational discipline, scalable growth, and durable financial performance across portfolio companies.
Mr. Navia holds a dual Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Psychology from Elon University, as well as an Executive Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami’s Herbert Business School.
