Antonio Primo is a Senior Partner at DaGrosa Capital Partners LLC (“DCP”), where he co-leads the firm’s acquisition initiatives, including deal sourcing, due diligence, capital structuring, and portfolio company management.
In this capacity, Mr. Primo plays a central role at DaGrosa Capital Development Partners LLC (“DCPDP”), DCP’s luxury real estate development affiliate, where he oversees the structuring, acquisition, capital raising, and ongoing management of the firm’s flagship project — Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, a branded luxury residential development in partnership with Kempinski Hotels.
Mr. Primo played a pivotal role in the strategic acquisition of the French soccer club F.C. Girondins de Bordeaux by Kapital Football Group LLC, an affiliate of DCP. He brings over 20 years of executive and business management experience across healthcare, real estate, sports, and cross-border investment. Since 2009, Mr. Primo has spent significant time in the Middle East and Brasil, cultivating deep relationships and expertise in both regions’ business and investment landscapes.
Previously, Mr. Primo founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Ande Healthcare Solutions LLC, a diversified healthcare holding company with ownership interests in pharmacies, diagnostic and genetic laboratories, and clinical research companies. Mr. Primo grew the business, resulting in its successful sale in 2016.
From 2006 to 2014, Mr. Primo served as Chief Executive Officer of CompEquip Solutions, LLC, a full-service, AHCA-licensed medical equipment company focused on the workers’ compensation and self-insured employer market. Under his leadership, the company expanded throughout the state and continues to operate as an industry leader in Florida.
Mr. Primo began his career in 2000 with National Testing Centers of America Corp., a diversified healthcare company with offices throughout the United States, where he advanced rapidly to the position of Senior Vice President, overseeing the company’s sales, marketing, and operations.
Mr. Primo currently serves on the Board of Directors of the GNPW Group, one of the largest energy companies in Brazil. He regularly speaks at business forums and is a recognized expert in U.S.–Brazil and U.S.–Middle East cross-border investments.
On the personal front, Mr. Primo is an active philanthropist, volunteering his time in support of the ITS4THEKIDS Foundation and the Brazil Foundation. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Miami Dade College Foundation. A lifelong practitioner of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Mr. Primo was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, and moved to Miami at the age of two, where he has lived ever since. He is married and the proud father of three children. Mr. Primo is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
