DaGrosa Capital Partners LLC (“DCP”) is led by our Founder and Chairman, Joseph DaGrosa Jr., with investments totaling approximately $2 billion.
Our active private equity investments include Axxes Capital, a global asset management platform catering to accredited investors; Soccerex Ltd., an organizer of soccer business conferences globally; Global X, an American Part 121, domestic, flag, and supplemental charter airline; Brazil Tower Company, a company that constructs and owns wireless and broadcast communications towers throughout Northeast Brazil; Kapital Football Group LLC, a key player in investing in premier soccer clubs and academies worldwide; Sunburn Cannabis, a premium medical cannabis brand in Florida; and Karbon Kredit Corp., a leading provider of solutions for carbon offset initiatives, specializing in exceptional REDD+ and reforestation projects.
Additionally, DCP established DaGrosa Capital Development Partners LLC (“DCDP”). In 2019, DCDP co-founded Quinn Residences, a dynamic $900 million real estate investment trust specializing in single-family home rentals, swiftly emerging as a leader in its sector. DCDP also invested in ISG World in 2021, a leading real estate marketing and brokerage firm with over $20 billion in residential sales. In 2024, DCDP reached an agreement for the exclusive rights in Miami as the development partner for a globally recognized luxury hotel brand.
DCDP is bringing ultra-luxury hotels and high-end luxury residences to major United States cities, with a focus on South Florida. The first project is Luxury Residences Miami Design District, a luxury branded residence located in the heart of Miami.
Additionally, our historic portfolio included GACP Sports LLC, the proud owner of prestigious French soccer team, F.C. Girondins de Bordeaux; Heartland Food Corp., which acquired and revitalized 248 Burger King franchises; and Jet Support Services Inc. (“JSSI”), the world’s premier independent provider of warranty and insurance programs for private jets, ultimately acquired by GTCR in 2020.
